Spool Fabrication Process
Spool fabrication is a core Pre-Fabrication process where piping components are assembled, welded, and inspected in a factory setting. This minimizes defects and significantly reduces installation time on large industrial sites by securing quality stability and dimensional accuracy.

Material Receiving
We receive quality pipes and fittings based on customer specs, ensuring all incoming materials meet strict quality verification.

Cutting
We perform precision cutting of pipes into exact lengths and shapes to ensure perfect dimensional accuracy for assembly.

Welding
Our experts join assembled pipes using GTAW and SMAW welding to create strong, clean joints that meet industrial standards.

NDE Testing
We conduct rigorous NDE, including RT, UT, and MT, to detect internal defects and guarantee structural safety and reliability.

Pickling & Passivation
We remove impurities and apply passivation to stainless surfaces, enhancing corrosion resistance for long-term durability.

Packing & Shipping
Finished spools are packed in custom wooden cases for protection and shipped swiftly and safely directly to your project site.

SPOOL SHOP Process and Quality Management
01. Design & Drawing Support
We provide ISO / 2D / 3D CAD assembly drawings and clearly specify fabrication standards. This includes welding symbols, precision dimensional drawings, and material specs (STS304, Carbon Steel, PVC). Production criteria are established clearly from the start.
02. Precision Prep & Primary Processing
Material components are processed using high-precision cutting and welding standards. Traceable identification codes are assigned at the initial stage, allowing for strict management and tracking throughout the workflow.
03. Certified Welding & Assembly
Certified welders perform TIG/ARC welding and complete precise component assembly. This entire process strictly adheres to rigorous fabrication and quality control procedures, ensuring structural integrity.
04. NDT & Performance Inspection
We conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) like RT, UT, PT, and MT, along with dimensional inspection. Project requirements determine if hydrostatic or pneumatic testing verifies overall system performance.
05. Surface Treatment & Packaging
Product corrosion resistance is enhanced via specialized pickling and passivation treatments. Final labeling is completed before shipment along with secure packaging, ensuring protection during transportation to the site.
06. Quality Assurance Documentation
We provide detailed design drawings for project reference and auditing purposes. A full QA document package, including photographic records of welding and final inspection, is submitted for the entire production lifecycle.
